Sometimes easier said then done. I’ve thought about breathing a lot more lately as I’ve watched Mom become winded at the smallest exertion.
I enjoy yoga but have always struggled with the focus on breathing. I know, probably the most important part right.
You can learn a lot from tuning into it though – you can tell if you are healthy, stressed, centered… and focusing on it kind of lets you hit an internal reboot button.
When breathing fails someone you love you focus on it. Is it shallow? Is it deep? And you think, just breathe.
