Can’t Make This Stuff Up

Frickin’ frackin’ work laptop just won’t boot up. Not one spark of life or electrical connection in sight.  IT support is all the way back in Atlanta. So, I googled a fix (from my Surface). And you are not going to believe this actually worked. It was a Hail Mary pass for sure.

1. Unplug the electrical cord
2. Remove the battery (not as hard as it sounds)
3. Push the power button 10 times in a row at one second intervals (this is the step that made me think I might be on candid camera)
4. Put the battery back in
5. Plug the electrical cord back in
6. Push the power button

Yeah! I’m back in business and canNOT believe that actually worked. In case you think I made this up here is the link to this super secret trick.
