Dancing shouldn’t be just for weddings. Somewhere in your late 30’s it seems most of us pretty much stop dancing. Or at least in public – I dance a lot in my kitchen. I know life happens and we are busy but as a great friend reminded me last night, sometimes you just gotta dance it out! So whether it is with your kids or grandkids on a rainy day – there may or may not have been an It’s Raining Men episode in my kids’ childhood, at a concert in the park, or at a real concert with one of your favorite 80’s bands still on tour, dancing It out can lift your spirits and give you a great workout. You don’t have to be good, I promise you age will not have made you a better dancer, but having fun is contagious! Pass it on.
